English for Meetings
Perhaps there is no place more important for good communication than in a business meeting. Whether you are simply attending a meeting in English or running the meeting yourself, the way you speak will be critical to your success. This workshop will give you the confidence to participate in or even run a professional business meeting in English. The workshop covers all of the important aspects of business meetings, from the small talk used to get to know colleagues before the meeting starts to the proper way to write up the minutes of a formal meeting. Useful phrases and vocabulary are presented in an authentic context and then practiced in stimulating group exercises that resemble real-world situations.
